Color Me Blue

QNM editor Irene Berry assembled the top of this quilt over a period of about two years. She says, "This quilt is a perfect ongoing project to pick up whenever there's time to sew. I prepared a stack of foundations and sliced a basket full of strips so I could stitch a block or two when I had a few minutes." Irene's design was adapted from a pattern by Ann Harper in the November/ December 2000 issue of our sister magazine Quiltmaker.
